Butterfly Man

Young lonely Anselm is working in a famous Boruslawsky’s circus as a cleaning boy. He exercises secretly tricks and wants to become a magician, but is never recognized. Anselms' chance comes when the best magician of the circus enchants himself vanish and nobody can find him. Unfortunately, Anselm has a weird problem – whenever he feels extreme emotions there are butterflies emerging from his mouth.

Edina Czüllög’s short film, co-written with Urmas Reisberg, based on short story of Mehis Heinsaar, won the Baltic Pitching Forum in Vilnius and is selected for the Clermont Ferrand – one of the biggest short film festivals.
