Lauri Randla with his short film “Mausoleum” (black satire of the pathologist Abrikosov’s thrilling night in Lenin’s mausoleum, performing Victor Kotovicz von Lahnberg) is nominated for the Next Nordic Generation prize, which will be announced during the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund August 20-26.2016.
Lauri Randla’s next project a full length feature film - humorous coming of age story, when Soviet empire is collapsing - “Good Bye Soviet Union” has been selected for the “Nordic Talents Pitching Competition” organized by Nordisk TV and Film Fund in Copenhagen, September 2nd 2016.
